First registered in May 1978 this Bentley Blower replica is by the renowned Petersen Engineering  team based in Devon, who specialise in restoring, rebuilding and recreating Bentley motor cars for enthusiastic owners

Acquired by The Private Collection in June 2015, the 4.5lt Blower is an stunning recreation of the charismatic cars that were developed for racing by one of the ‘Bentley Boys’ Sir Henry Birkin in the 1920’s.

The car is based on a 1930’s Bentley chassis, with a modified 4.5lt Bentley R type 6 cylinder engine. The interior is trimmed in green leather with a machine turned aluminium dashboard with instruments  made to the Birkin team car pattern.

An iconic member of the Collection, driving this Blower gives you the chance to experience and appreciate the skills and bravery required to race these amazing vehicles back in the 1920’s.

YOUR WEDDING CAR HIRE INCLUDES:

• Your chosen car will only attend your wedding that day, it will conduct no other engagements.

• Your car will be chauffeur driven and at your service for up to 5 hours that day

• Your car will be dressed in cream or white ribbons

• You will have a complimentary bottle of champagne in your car

• Your car will be professionally valeted before your day

• Your driver will be dressed in a formal dark suit, or if you prefer country smart casual attire

• Umbrellas and blankets for open top cars will be available

• You will have one point of contact at The Private Collection for all your requirements from initial enquiry through to the end of your special day

• Your package includes 50 miles of travel starting and ending from our base

• All our cars are fully maintained, regularly serviced and fully insured

• All our clients will be asked to make a second choice of car. Despite the best laid plans and complete diligence, some of our cars are 90 years old and may on the day decide they do not want to go out!
